Relocations Kenya is an organisation committed to providing a high-quality, personalised, yet completely professional real estate and relocation services for clients from all walks of life.

It was started in 2001, created to address the market need for refurbished to Western standards and professionally managed real estate in Kenya. We are privileged to work with corporate and individual clients and do both tenant, buyer, seller and landlord representation. Our primary area of expertise is the premium market segment, and eighty percent of our clients are members from the corporate and expatriate community. Our company has expanded steadily, and our good reputation has grown consistently, as has the need for our services from corporate clients. However, we pride ourselves on still providing the same personal and thorough service that we have always provided, although we are certainly more experienced now!

Relocations

The need for relocation services is one that is still relatively unrealised amongst the East African community and for this reason, we started the relocation department. Although the advantages of outsourcing the provision of such services are becoming more apparent, in the local market they are still not fully utilized. Hence, virtually all our work is with multinational organisations' personnel in transition.

Although most of our work is centred in Nairobi and Mombasa, the two largest cities in Kenya, our numerous contacts mean that with a few days’ notice we can normally make arrangements to service clients in other locations. This can be on a permanent or one-off basis.
